Press Releases | 19 de October de 2016

On the event took part around 150 people from different countries, like Netherlands, Belgium, United Kingdom, Norwey and Germany. The weather was good during all morning and the assistants enjoyed an excellent temperature with a splendid sun.

One of the most popular activities was the Nordic Walking on the estate surroundings. This discipline, that comes from the Scandinavian countries, stands out because it is a heart-healthy exercise of great value. Another activity that the assistants enjoyed surrounded by the nature of Serra Gelada was Tai Chi.

Fysiakos and Ilahy stands had a great welcome too and they did activities such as acupuncture, bamboo therapy or facial radiofrequency sessions. During the morning there was first aid workshop and blood pressure check up for all participants that wanted to. We want to outline that all activities were free for the assistants. The day finished with a paella show cooking that the assistants tasted later.
